Music to our ears!

Although we are more than excited to get out of town in just over two weeks, lately we've been falling in love with Winnipeg all over again. One of our favorite things about the small city we call home is the music scene! Some pretty incredible talent has come out of this town including Neil Young, The Weakerthans and The Guess Who! We have some insanely talented musicians in this town, some of them dear friends, some acquaintances and others we would like to call friends! We highly recommend that you go ahead and watch these videos and listen to these songs. Our friend Alexa is in the loveliest of bands, called Chic Gamine, and we love love love this song! They were recently on Sesame Street too! How amazing is that?!

Ash Koley has such a lovely voice and this video is super fun!

Enjoy Your Pumas is another fantastic Winnipeg group! Her voice is incredible!
Demetra Penner is a dear friend and past co-worker of ours, and has the most magical voice.The Liptonians are most definitely worth a listen.Royal Canoe is a local group of dudes that we are into.Boats is another favorite of ours.
